2008 Calendar

Please Read This:
- The Atlantis IV uses a priority system in assigning dates for charters.
Some of our charter groups have been booking with us for over 20 years.
As expected, groups receive their requested dates first according to their
tenure with us,
then based on availability.
- We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to new and recent charter
groups:
we make every effort to arrange the bookings in a way that will be satisfactory
to all parties involved.
- The available dates listed below are not guaranteed to be open.
They are only
current up to the last time this calendar was updated.
- Any request for bookings must
be made directly with Atlantis Charters,
preferably by phone.
- Confirmation letters are sent to each group or individuals.
- A deposit to guarantee charter dates is due in
advance.
- All bookings are subject to Atlantis Charters' cancellation policies and
procedures.

Green
dates are temporarily on hold.
Blue
dates are fully booked. |

If you are looking for a single spot or a few spots, we recommend that you
check this page regularly.
As soon as we hear that space is available on any
date/s, we post them here immediately.
If your schedule fits any open space, we
will put you in touch with the group leader to make arrangements. |

Please be aware that the long-range forecasts available these
days are not reliable
in determining what the weather conditions will be so far out in the future.
We have seen, first hand, many many forecasts be totally wrong.
We have also seen sea conditions be vastly different from the night before to
the next morning.
If we feel there is enough evidence to believe that weather conditions will
likely blow out
an entire trip in the near future, we do contact our groups to advise them.
Please take the forecasts with a healthy dose of skepticism.
Weather-people are the only ones who get paid even if they are repeatedly wrong.
